Rates
Gracenotes offers a flat-rate Wedding Ceremony Fee. Why worry about 'counting minutes' on your wedding day? Ceremony fee includes prelude music as your guests arrive (15-20 minutes prior to ceremony start time), all processional music, any special music desired (candle lightings, etc), recessional music and postlude pieces as your guests exit the venue. We also specialize in cocktail hours and receptions, and hourly rates apply to these events. Special discounted rates apply if both the ceremony and reception or cocktail hour are booked with us.

How to Book GraceNotes
Step 1: Contact us with your proposed event's date, time, duration, location and your contact information. Please also indicate which ensemble you are interested in booking (e.g. String Quartet, Flute/String Trio, etc.)
Step 2: Gracenotes will advise you of our availability. If we are available, we will send you a contract, which will include the total price for your event.
Step 3: Submit the signed contract with a 50% deposit. Your date is then officially booked with Gracenotes. It's that easy!
